When you walk into Little Water Cantina you can be assured that the initiative that drove us to be the first LEED-CI Platinum Candidate restaurant in the PNW (i.e., the most energy efficient restaurant in the PNW) carries through to how we source our ingredients. We use local, organic products whenever possible. Carlton Farms, Painted Hills, Alvarez Organic Farm, Smith Brothers, Charlie's Produce, and St. Jude's are just a few of the regional, responsible purveyors with whom we have partnered.
Peruse our list of nearly 50 wines and you’ll see we’re more than a great place to get a fresh-squeezed margarita. We’ve spent a great deal of time and care selecting interesting, even rare, varietals from around the globe that pair wonderfully with our menu. As with our food, you’ll find great value for the quality.
Many places claim to use “fresh” lime juice in their margaritas. This is somewhat true. They purchase juice that may have been freshly squeezed yesterday, but it was also pasteurized. We do not consider pasteurized juice fresh juice. The difference in taste is profound. We buy limes and squeeze them ourselves, every day.
Not a tequila person? Our skilled bartenders have a wide selection of unique liquors at their disposal and the ability to mix up all the classics, or something enitrely original. Barrel-aged cocktails are now available!
